How I will help you with your strength training for Jiu Jitsu

1. Tell me your problem
Use the form at the bottom of this page to send me a very brief message of the main challenges you're facing today with regards to your strength and conditioning in Jiu Jitsu.
2. Answer some brief questions
Based on what you tell me about the challenges you are facing, I'll respond with some brief questions so I can get a full understanding of what's going on.
3. Proposal
I will then respond with a completely free, no obligation proposal of how I can help you, giving you an idea of costs etc, etc. Take that information and do with it as you please
4. Plan
If you decide to go ahead with the proposal I will then pull together a fully personalised training plan targeting the key areas you need to improve, with the length of the plan being based on your needs.
5. Implement and monitor
You will then implement the training plan and we will be in constant contact via email/phone/Skype or in person so we can monitor and adjust your training as you improve
