How I will help you with your strength training for Jiu Jitsu
1. Define the problem: once you've purchased your plan, I'll contact you with some brief questions to define what your problem is.
2. Define goals: Jointly we will decide on some clear, concise goals for you to work towards .
3. 6 week training plan: Based on your personal needs, I will draw up a 6 week plan customized to you, with a week by week, exercise by exercise progressions you will easily be able to follow on your own.
4. Implement and monitor: You will then implement the training plan and I will be available to you via email to answer questions as you work through your plan.
