I will then respond with a completely free, no obligation proposal of how I can help you, giving you an idea of costs etc, etc. Take that information and do with it as you please

4. Plan
|
If you decide to go ahead with the proposal I will then pull together a fully personalised training plan targeting the key areas you need to improve, with the length of the plan being based on your needs.

5. Implement and monitor
|
You will then implement the training plan and we will be in constant contact via email/phone/Skype or in person so we can monitor and adjust your training as you improve
