Starting straight arm strength for Jiu Jitsu

Straight arm strength training in Jiu Jitsu is often overlooked and something I've mentioned as a key supplemental exercise in ‘Strength Training for Jiu Jitsu - 9 key concepts’. Think of all the posting and pushing you do with your arms. This exercise is great to start straight arm strength training and building healthy wrists, elbows and shoulders for Jiu Jitsu. Give it a go!
