2 exercises on gymnastic rings for BJJ strength training

If you've never used gymnastic rings for your strength training before, you're missing out. The instability in the rings can develop strength in way that can't be matched by any other form of bodyweight training, or my opinion, any form of training. Particularly when it comes to upper body strength.

The number of exercises and level of difficulty can be mind boggling.
So, start off with these two excellent exercises, that have very specific applications to brazilian jiu jitsu. In BJJ we need straight arm strength, we need great rotational strength and great pulling strength.

These exercises have all 3 covered. Enjoy!
